By accessing or using the AdFounder platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Socially X Influencer Centric Pvt Ltd ("Socially X", "we", "us", or "our").
AdFounder is a marketplace that connects website publishers with advertisers. Publishers can monetize their website traffic by hosting ads. Advertisers can promote their products and services by purchasing ad placements on publisher websites. The Platform facilitates the buying and selling of ad space, tracks impressions and clicks, and manages a credit-based economy for transactions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Each user may maintain only one account.
The Platform uses a dual-currency system: Credits for network-based transactions and Wallet Balance for direct (cash) transactions. Credits are earned by hosting network ads or granted via promotions. Wallet balance is loaded via real currency payments.
Advertisers may purchase ad placements using either credits or wallet balance, depending on the campaign type. All payments are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Publishers earn revenue from direct bookings. Payouts are processed according to the payment schedule specified on the Platform. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraud, policy violation, or invalid activity is detected.
All purchases of ad placements are final. However, refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of demonstrable fairness, such as when a publisher restricts or rejects an ad after a booking has been made. Each request is reviewed on its merits. Credits granted as promotional bonuses have no cash value and are non-transferable.

The Platform, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by Socially X Influencer Centric Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the ad creatives, website content, and other materials you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process your content for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform services.
AdFounder charges no commission on direct bookings between publishers and advertisers. Publishers keep 100% of their listed price. Network ads are transacted using the credit economy. Payment gateway charges incurred in processing payments and settling payouts may be deducted from the transaction amount. We reserve the right to introduce platform fees in the future with prior notice to users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socially X Influencer Centric Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of INR 1,000 or the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party websites or services linked from the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Socially X Influencer Centric Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any outstanding credits or wallet balances may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Platform must commence within one year after the cause of action accrues.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Socially X Influencer Centric Pvt Ltd regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
